Free Standard Shipping — Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum order value required.

Production time

Every Heirloom Fur piece is made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your keepsake to be handcrafted before it ships. This time is separate from delivery time.

We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

Australia: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier conditions outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking email within 8 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@heirloomfur.com.au.

International orders

We currently ship primarily within Australia. If you are located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@heirloomfur.com.au before purchasing so we can confirm availability and provide a shipping quote.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Heirloom Fur cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@heirloomfur.com.au and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
